The Grandfathers

Following eight young recruits as they are conscripted into the armed forces and trained to become instruments of war, this visceral and provocative play performed by BTEC Extended Diploma Acting students questions the sacrifice of young lives and aspirations for others’ political miscalculations.

Our BTEC Extended Diploma Acting students provide an evening of entertainment consisting of two contemporary one act plays written specifically for young people. Themes include coming of age in a world where you don’t fit in and how to find escape in a cyber world where anything can happen.

The Film & TV Show

Join us for an evening of short films, adverts, music videos and communitybased TV production – featuring work from Level 2 to Level 5 Media students. You’ll also have the chance to take a tour of our facilities and chat to staff and students about their work.

A Musical Theatre Extravaganza

Our biennial musical theatre production performed by Musical Theatre and Acting students is certainly set to ‘Rock You’. With music to tap your feet to, energetic dance routines to amaze and witty dialogue to entertain, this is one performance not to be missed.
